jr Design Group, LLC began in 2005 by Javier Rivera, known to his colleagues as JR. With over 25 years of experience in the County of Kern's Building Department, JR retired and pursued a lifelong dream of starting his own business. Now JR's sons, Alex and Ben Rivera help carry on the legacy of jr Design Group, LLC.
